This document is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a solicitor before publication, particularly to confirm our cookie banner and consent mechanism meets PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) requirements before launch.
1. What cookies we use
Salon Guild CRM's marketing site currently uses a small number of cookies, set out below. This list will be kept up to date; if we add further tools (such as additional analytics or advertising cookies) this policy and our consent banner will be updated first.

We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, or social media cookies.
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit, you'll see a cookie banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Google Analytics cookies are not set until you accept. You can change your preference at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer.
3. Managing cookies in your browser
In addition to our on-site consent controls, you can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of the site function. Instructions vary by browser and are available from your browser's own help documentation.
4. Google Analytics specifically
We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics may set cookies that collect information such as your approximate location (derived from IP address, which is not stored in full), device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using Google's official browser add-on, or by declining analytics cookies in our banner.
5. Changes to this policy
If the tools we use change (for example if we add a new analytics or product tool), this page and our cookie banner will be updated to reflect it before it goes live.
